Your stay is paid locally by card. To guarantee the booking we require a valid card number registered via DIBS. This means that guests are guaranteed their stay even in case of late arrival. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the amount of the booking the first night.
Cancellations can be made free of charge until 14:00 the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show you will be charged the first night of the booking. The booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation number.
Verification of valid identification and registration of all guests at check-in . Age limit for booking and stay at the Mayfair Hotel Tunneln (without parent or guardian ) is 18.
Cancellation (full or partial) of the reservation can be made until 14:00 the day of arrival.
Please observe that, unfortunately due to the fact that the hotel in in a cultural heritage building from the 14th century, there is a very limited/virtually no access for wheelchair bound guests.
