Please be advised that the hotel reserves the unequivocal right to terminate the reservation in the event that the guest-provided contact number is found to be inaccurate.
Cancellations can be made free of charge until 14:00 the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show you will be charged the first night of the booking. The booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation number.
Verification of valid identification and registration of all guests at check-in . Age limit for booking and stay at the Mayfair Hotel Tunneln (without parent or guardian ) is 18.
Please observe that, unfortunately due to the fact that the hotel in in a cultural heritage building from the 14th century, there is a very limited/virtually no access for wheelchair bound guests.
The booking will be confirmed once you have received your booking number.
